Trade Customer Discount:
1. For most of the item we offer low prices for quantity one, that is because we make the Margin via delivery, where for trade customer our maximum delivery charge is £15.00 per order no matter how many item you buy per order.
2. Every Product has a Discount button simply hover over the Discount button with the mouse pointer and you will see the discount prices, that is the more you buy the less you will pay.
3. After few order we will review your account and if we think you should get more discount we will apply special discount to your account so when you are logged inn you will see different prices in your shopping cart then the website. The website will decide which one is lowest for you and you will get the lowest prices. This work different for different customers but will be in the best interest of the customer. (We only review those customer account for special discount if they been paying for the order using Debit card)
4. There is 4.5% of surcharge if you paying by credit card for your order.
5. Please advise us if you can find the prices cheaper anywhere else.

We offer support by Telephone or via Forum
Telephone Support: Please call us on 0871 789 0948 from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM to 5.30 PM for Support.
Forum Support: Create post on the forum http://pluscom.cn with adequate subject, The post needs to show the Manufacture code of  the product. If the post is about connecting the router to your ISP then also your ISP company name please.
Note most of the time you will find we already replied to similar questions raised by other users, we strongly suggest to use the Search field and search for your question / answers as we only replied to those questions which has not been answered / covered before.

Order Marked Unpaid
If you are contacting us because you paid for the order and you see it marked as unpaid on the website, please ignore this as we are still in process of automation. Providing you paid for the order and got proof of payment from the Payment processing company by email, such as Wordlpay and Google we will post the order per your delivery selection.

Order not Received
If you placed order and have payment confirmation from the Payment Gateways company such as Worldpay or Google and you still have not received your order from us. Please make note of the following.
1. Next day mean Next working Day which does not include Saturday, Sunday or any public Holidays, Providing your order was placed by 2PM.
2. 1 to 3 Day delivery mean Next 3 Working Days which does not include Saturday, Sunday or any public Holidays, Providing your order was placed by 2PM.
3. Your order is Paid for and you have the payment proof by email from the payment processing company such as Worldpay, Google and so on.
4. If you wish to contact us by email click on Contact button, chose Order not Received from the drop down, in the subject bar type your order number, your customer account number and in the text body the details you wish us to send.

Wish to pay for Unpaid order:
If you have place the order and has not paid for it as yet and wish to pay for it please follow the following steps.
1. Log in to the website.
2. Click on my account
3. Click on my order
4. Hover over the text Pay and chose the Payment Gateway, such as Google or Worldpay
5. Once you pay for the order the Payment Gateway will email you the payment confirmation and we will post the order according your selected delivery option.

Can I add to my existing Order:
1. Follow the following steps
